About Alpha
Alpha is an 11-week course that creates a space, online or in person, where people are excited to bring their friends for a conversation about faith, life and God.
Alpha is run all around the globe and everyone is welcome. It runs online, in cafés, churches, universities, homes—you name it! All Alphas generally have three key things in common: hospitality, a talk and good conversation.
There is no cost, no pressure and no follow-up if a guest decides after the first session not to come back.
The Project:
In exploring a fundraising campaign, Alpha was referred to me to request that I write a case for support to help guide the campaign.
I worked with the organization over three months to identify goals, interview key stakeholders, determine a treatment, outline, and draft the case statement.
I communicated with lead staff at Alpha to ensure the messaging and tone were correct for the organization, and also that the prospective offer would be attractive and appealing to the donors.
After several rounds of revisions from Alpha leaders, we ultimately produced a twelve-page document to help guide and shape the potential campaign process.
